At Sweet Surrender we want to make sure your happy with your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right for you!
Please check over your order as soon as you received it. If you were sent incorrect items, or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get that error sorted out for you! Please contact us at shopsweetsurrenderco@gmail.com
For Return Policy:
- Items can be returned for store credit only. Just keep in mind we are only selling bookmarks at the moment, bookmarks are FINAL sale.
- Exchanges: We cannot provide exchanges due to limited inventory.
- Any items purchased at any discount codes or 20% & above are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return.
- All returns must be received within 10 days of the date your package was delivered by the USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days for return package transit. Also, once returned send us a confirmation email with order information to know its been sent between that 10 day window.
- You'll be responsible to pay for return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return items must be in their original, new condition. They must still have their tags attached (if item arrived with tags) and remain unwashed, unworn, and free of odors and stains.
- For health reasons, some items such as leggings, body suits and any other intimate apparel cannot be returned once removed from packaging or used.
CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER
Sometimes things happen and you need to change or cancel your order. We understand and are here to help, however you must contact us immediately! You can contact us at shopsweetsurrenderco@gmail.com. It is our goal to provide fast shipping, and therefore, we strive to process and ship out orders as quickly as possible! If your order has already been processed, we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
